The Vulnerable Children and Families Act (VCF Act), which CAP worked on along with several other organizations, was reintroduced May 18, 2017, by Senators Roy Blunt and Amy Klobuchar as S.1178. The House bill, led by Representatives Kay Granger and Brenda Lawrence, is H.R.2532.
