Child Advocacy Program (CAP) Open House
Thursday, Sept. 24, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Please register here to receive the link to the Zoom event.
The CAP Open House will provide an informal opportunity for students to get to know others at HLS who share an interest in children’s issues. CAP faculty and affiliates will provide information about the Child Advocacy Program including CAP courses, our Writing Program, and CAP’s upcoming events related to child and youth advocacy. The Writing Program is a unique opportunity for all students (JDs, LLMs, and SJDs) who are completing writing projects on topics related to children and the law—such as abuse & neglect, foster care, adoption, education, and juvenile justice—to meet informally during the fall semester to share their progress and get feedback from one another. In the spring semester, Writing Program participants may present on their chosen topic to an invited audience.
All HLS affiliates are welcome.
